Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be despatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be despatched the following business day.
If you have not received your parcel after the expected arrival date, please contact us at info@artofdking.com we will follow this up immediately.
Returns
We have 28 days return policy, which means Returns must be made within 28 days of the original date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the invoice receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, contact us at info@artofdking.com quoting your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will let you know how and where to send the package.

Faulty goods
We have a very industrious diligent team that carries out with day to day activities re: customer service, quality control and order processing so we seldom have faulty good returns. But nonetheless just in case please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@artofdking.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it straightaway. We will only refund the original cost of delivery if the item was faulty when you received it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at info@artofdking.com and let us know what you would like to exchange. Provided on stock availability. Email us the item to return with order reference details, also a replacement item and we will take it from there.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund process usually takes 5-7 working days to go through.
